Behold dear reader!
Last night the Night Watch of the Old Harbor district found another dead body of a young woman. As the 6 victims before her, she was found dressed in a black dress and seemed completely unharmed except for the Z slashed into her foot.
The authorities are continuing to ignore our tragedy and have taken no measures whatsoever to end these mysterious killings. Is the Zlayer one in their own ranks? Is that the real reason why they keep finding so called leads, leading to nothing? Therefore, I implore you: take care of yourself and your loved ones, do not wander alone at night and be wary of strangers. As the authorities obviously lack the interest, incentive, or the intellect to catch this predator, we have to take the security of our city into our own hands!
I beseech you, my dear reader, take action and join the Night Watch – ask for Mister Flimwick in the House of Trades on Wrenstreet- and come forward with any information on dubious characters or behavior you might have observed in the neighborhood.
We have to protect the young Women of our city!
